Charlotte Brosnan, Choral director

Charlotte is a conductor, educator and workshop leader with extensive experience across the UK and Europe. She studied music at the University of Nottingham before further training in singing and Italian in Rome, and has since built an international career spanning performance, choral leadership and music education. Charlotte has led projects for organisations including National Youth Choirs of Great Britain, The Bach Choir and the VOCES8 Foundation. She currently conducts London Youth Choir South West, founded Monumental Choir, and works widely with schools and community choirs, inspiring singers of all ages.

Will is a Year 12 pupil at Biddenham College.

Juliet Fraser, Administrator

Juliet has recently retired from headship of a local Bedford primary school where she led the development of the relationship with the 6 participating schools. She has been widely involved in the arts over her career having been a dance animateur, Director of a Regional Dance Agency, HE Lecturer, Community Arts Manager in the private Sector and Education Manager at English National Ballet.

Duncan Fraser, Founding Director /Accompanist

Duncan has been around choirs since being a church organist and choirmaster at 12. He founded a vocal ensemble at school and conducted all the school choirs. He directed choral concerts at Oxford and created the Bolton Youth Choirs and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Youth and Gospel Choirs. As a composer he has had many performances: Magdalen and New College Oxford, Edington Festival, Gaude, St James’s Piccadilly and most recently Clare College Cambridge. He has written Lyons’ Lullabies for the award winning ensemble Lyons Mouth to be performed at this year’s Bedford Sings on 21st November at Biddenham School Bedford.
